When first asked for them to service my unit, there was no hesitation in their quick response to come out and do the job. Great.. right??? Well, come to find out, when the job was not done correctly they brush you aside and make you feel that you're a burden. We have had to call constantly because they never want to call you back. They are very unorganized when it comes to scheduling and communicating with their technicians. Communication is very poor and customer service is HORRIBLE!!
