good choice

I have used Expert Plumbing exclusively for about 10 years for both commercial and residential work. They are always professional, reliable and they do the job right the first time. They seem a little high priced, but they only use products that are top notch and I have never had to do a re call. They have come at odd times and helped me out with a temp fix for a weekend to come back the next working day to fix permanently. service personnel are pleasant and courteous.

Exhorbitant overtime charges.

We were charge minimum for overtime, which is $200 over, twice at that, first bill mailed out days apart from second bill leaving us with little chance to avoid a second such exhorbitant over-time charge. Work is not that professional, had to keep calling them back for the same problem which was never traced to its roots and taken care of. Owner with no time to talk to customers.
