Exclusively really cares about their customers and their people and it shows. They don't brag, but I know they've won numerous awards. I've been very pleased with them and their entire staff.

I used to drive a Volvo and initially took it to Exclusively Volvo because they were recommended by an acquaintance who also drove a Volvo. They were satisfactory until I had an intermittent problem with the car just losing power unexpectedly, which was very scary. They couldn't be bothered sinced it didn't happen to them when they test drove it and put it on their diagnostic machine. That's when I turned to Noe Valley Auto. They kept the car for two days and troubleshooted until they found the problem and fixed it. I never returned to Exclusively Volvo.
