I was very impressed with the service I received from James Simmons @ Gulf Freeway store. I do not like sales people to follow me thru the store. He came over and introduced himself and let me shop. I went to him and asked numerous questions. I told him I was "shopping around" and would be back. I went to other area stores and ultimately came back to ask more questions. I had a certain area where my furniture HAD to fit. He was very patient with me. This was over a month process and in the end I came back to James and left a very satisfied customer. I will be back.. Thank You James for your knowledge and support and patience with the help I needed.

I was fed up with RAC calling me 4-6 times day about making a payment. I went to exclusive furniture on 45-Alameda. I went there just before closing and the salesman (Richard)  was great  and gave me amazing service. He explained everything to me how the No Credit Program works. Richard M went out hid way to make sure my bedroom set was delivered. Everything was in my price range he didn't do any extra saleing or fast talking. My furniture was delivered the next day, they called to confirm and built my bed in no time. This is where I will continue to shop for my home hands down.

My salesperson's name is Rigo and I go to him every time because he is professional, courteous and tries to get me the best deals possible.
