Fantastic Agency by J L. at InsiderPages
I hired a Baby Nurse through Town & Country Resources when my baby was three weeks old. My husband had just gone back to work, and we were both desperate to get some sleep and talk to someone who knew more about babies than we did. Elizabeth at Town & Country sent us a gal named Teresa, who we now refer to as Saint Teresa! She was phenomenal. Every evening when she arrived, my husband and I would breathe a sigh of relief. She was professional, warm, loving, and answered all of our questions. When she left in the morning our baby was always bundled up and sleeping peacefully in the cradle by our bed. My husband and I don't have a ton of money, but this was absolutely money well-spent. Thanks to Elizabeth and the Baby Nurse team at Town & Country for helping us to find such a wonderful woman. We miss her every day!

Greatest Nanny Agency Ever!!!
I am a nanny through Town and Country and I just wanted to say that I have never before had that opportunity to work with such amazingly helpful people! I have been with them for almost 4 months and they have provided me with a great deal of work with amazing families! The staff is all extremely polite and helpful! I always receive a phone call or email back the same day and they even send me emails about jobs that I may be interested in. Town and Country is by far the best nanny agency around, they provide experienced nannies that will fit everyone?s needs and desires! They are the only agency that I would trust my children with they are AMAZING!

THE BEST NANNY AGENCY!!!!
I have been a nanny with T & C for almost three years. I have had nothing but THE BEST support from the staff. I am a college graduate (who recently went back for a 2nd degree), have a clean driving record, drug-free, and am PROUD to say that I am a Town and Country Nanny. It bothers me to hear that people say the nannies that come out of this agency are not qualified. Let me be the first one to say that when I have a child, God willing, Town and Country will be the FIRST PEOPLE I CONTACT. They have supported me through the good families and let's face it, through the bad ones aswell!!! Their constant support, undivided attention and positive attitude have gotten me through some of the "crazy" families (can we say Nanny Diaries). I WOULD RECOMEND THIS AGENCY TO ANYONE.

THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO T & C!!!!

Horrible experience
Town and Country seems wonderful at first, but once I got started with them it turned into a complete nightmare! I chose them because I wanted an agency that would do everything for me and get it taken care of in a professional manner (which we were more than happy to pay for, if they actually did the work). Their staff is young, arrogant and pretty incompetent. I specified exactly what I was looking for and they would send me candidates that barely, if at all met the qualifications...it was as if they had not even listened to what I had asked for. They charge you a ridiculous amount for their placement fee and they really do nothing else besides send you some candidates and a bunch of forms and attachments for you to do all the legwork. Yes, they do background checks and such, but for the price they charge to place someone with you they should be doing much more of the legwork (employee agreement, tax and payroll set-up, etc). I have never worked with an agency that charges such an exorbitant amount in fees and basically does nothing in return. You would be much better served going somewhere else or posting your own ad and doing the background checks yourself. Using them will NOT save you any time or work.

Terrible service.
They advertise well and look like a good service, but once you start to use them it's just awful. I've had a couple of experiences with them and it seemed to be okay at first but then, they just seemed to forget about my order so I went with Aunt Ann's instead and they promptly helped me and I got an AMAZING nanny within a week that has been with us for over a year. Town and country just isn't what it's made out to be...
