You can always find something here in your in budget. Besides the specials they run every week. Carnations are usually the special, but sometimes the occasions you celebrate need more than that. Out of desperation, I went here with a few bucks and asked if there was a flower arrangement they could put together for me. I was so thrilled with the boquet they made me. Not always do you find a shop willing to make the customer happy for a little bit of money. The staff is so nice here and will help you with not just flowers, but also with wedding invites and they also carry items to decorate your house and garden with as well. Parking is not an issue here either.

PROS: Great flowers at a great price

Good florist for cheap specials by Tina D. at InsiderPages

Evergreen Flowers is a nice neighborhood florist. The store has the typical selection of freshly cut flowers and plants - not vast, but usually sufficient. However, the thing that makes Evergreen special is its specials. Their sign on the street (hard to miss from 22nd Street) always has a short list of specials, such as a dozen carnations for $1.99. There is always a deal to be found there, and if you aren't looking for a particular type of flower, you can always find something to spuce up your home.
