I recently had evco re upholster my couch had no problems at first
they pick up the couch Nicole came and did a estimate for the
reholstery. on the invoice it was noted 4-6 weeks around the 6th
week I called to see what the status was. was told they would
have to get ahold of the production manager. waited 1 week
still no call back had to call again for the status. was able to
have couch delivered 11-25-08 but there was no armcovers
on the couch and somethings were changed on the reholstery
when on the invoice armcovers and style the same. they took back
the fabric to make the armcovers and was told they would call and
let me know when they were done. I finally had to call them and
ask about the arm covers, would not use them again.
