firstly,their mechanics hardly know anything about european vehicles. they just turn to their "expensive computers," and then just guess on the repairs. theyre good at talking, but arent knowledgeable in the least.

secondly, they WAYY overcharge you for the work, while they sit on their computers and just watch youtube videos, and charge you by the hour

and finally, they dont care about the actual repair. theyll do a temporary mend, so you have to come back for major repairs. even then, the repairs arent done correctly, which they won;t fix without paying them more money. its all about money, and not the customer. dishonest folks, without an ounce of integrity
