Overall: I was referred to these guys from my dry cleaner and I've been going to them since! They're located in the Von's shopping center so parking can be a pain but it's also very convenient to do your grocery shopping, pick up a smoothie at Jamba, get your shoes fixed and there's also a nail salon, and dry cleaning so it's a one-stop shop!!
Value: Prices are average...I usually get my heels capped and sometimes get any scuffs out...
Service: The guy at the counter is always sooo nice and friendly. He jokes with you while 'taking your order' and they usually have your shoes done in a couple days! Also, he's given me advice on how to inexpensively keep my heels in top shape - less money out of my pocket into his so I really appreciated that. I suppose he knew I was gonna be back for all my other needs!
Quality: Pretty good; been going to them for a couple years now with any and all of my shoe repair needs!
Pros : All in all a great small shop where they take care of you!
