Best BMW Service in San Antonio
After being completely lied to by the BMW dealership service shop, I began looking for a private shop to go to for brake work on my 2005 325i BMW. A co-worker recommended Eurasian Auto Repair so I thought I'd give them a try. I knew just by speaking with them on the phone that I would like this place. They were VERY helpful but never patronizing (as so many mechanics are with women), and very patient with all of my questions. When I checked my BMW in with Eurasian, the guy working the front desk took me out to my BMW 325i, sat down by the tires and gave me a lesson on how the brake system worked. Again not being patronizing, he just had an honest desire to explain what I needed done (so I wasn't surprised to learn that at one point he wanted to be a teacher). After a full inspection of my BMW, they called and confirmed that I needed my front brake pads replaced and nothing else needed to be done. Unlike the dealership which kept trying to push replacing the rotors (which I knew on a relatively new vehicle and being my first brake job was ridiculous). They also checked the brake fluid to see if it needed to be changed (which it didn't) rather than automatically changing it for the extra charge. Eurasian's quote was very resonable, much cheaper than the dealership (surprise, surprise). I also had my spare on due to a recent flat in one of my rear tires. They were more than happy to put the original back on for me at no extra charge. This shop is honest and has amazing customer service. My sister also took her 2007 Audi in for a brake job and they were very honest and told her that her brakes still looked good and she didn't need any work done. Unlike the Audi dealer she took it in to which tried to tell her she needed everything under the sun done, including new transmission fluid (which is funny seeing that she just had a brand new transmission and fluid put in). I've been very happy with the work they've done. Since they replaced my pads I have not had any problems and I'm thrilled that my brakes do not squeel

San Antonio's Best Auto Repairs
My car will never be worked on by any other auto repair shop now that I've found Eurasian Auto Repair. I have an older mercedes that would stall, so I read reviews online and decided to give them a try. They gave me an estimate, explained everything to me in a way I could understand, made suggestions on some other issues that weren't pressing but could cause trouble in the future. I appreciated their honesty and true expertise. They know cars!

Best in the City
I drive an older model Mercedes and I love my car, so I only want reputable repair shops to work on it. I found Eurasian Auto Repair through a friend, and have taken my car there many times for maintenance and repairs. Now I don't trust anyone else to work on my car. These guys are straight-shooters and know their stuff. I trust them to do what needs to be done, without unnecessary extras, and to do it right. I feel confident in recommending them to anyone looking for a place that can fix older MB's.

Superior Service for my Mercedes
I'm going on a long summer-time road trip, so I took my ML320 to Robert at Eurasian to make sure it was ready for such a long trip. They changed my oil and transmission fluid, and installed a new radiator. I'm so glad they found what needed to be done and patiently explained each item on the estimate. Now I can feel confident on the road.

Auto Repair
Quality Job!
Very quick turn around and reasonable charge to identify and repair a vacuum leak and replace a pulley and all belts. John Ly and Wayne were very friendly and professional. They took the time to explain everything before they did the work and then answered all my questions once I picked up my car. Other places I had taken my van to were all saying that I needed to replace my O2 sensors (after I had just replaced them 2 years ago because another shop said they needed to be replaced).
I believe i may have finally found a trust worthy Repair Shop.
I highly recommend them for Domestic and Foreign car repairs.
