Does anyone know if anything can be done with this business . We pay for services than they close up. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Has anyone else? Do we have any rights?

My husband had given me a gift certificiate for this salon valued at $250.00 --- a friend of ours mentioned that they were told it was closing so I better call and make at appt. I called the beginning of October and left a message with a girl who said she'd have to talk to the owner - two days later I had still not received a call so I called back. Another girl answered apologized and said she'd set me up with an appt - no mention of the place closing down. Anyways here I am today ready to go to my appt - and I just find out the the number has changed and the place is closed down. What kind of service is that? Shame on You!

I went to make my usual appointment at Essentials Salon and Day Spa in McHenry and discovered it closed. No notice in the mail, no nothing. Thanks for letting me know Essentials. Now I don't know how to contact my hair dresser who I loved.

Best place around
I went in to get a corrective color.. I was very happy with my hair at the end. It looks great and i have gotten so many compliments! my stylist was very knowledgeable. She told me what we were going to do and how we were going to get there.. The staff was friendly and i got coffee, and magazines. They were extremely accommidating. I will go back in fact i will make my appointment tommorow.. Definately give it a try you wont be dissapointed!!!
