Laurie is a wonderful, caring groomer. She is the best groomer I have had for my poodle. I get so many compliments when I am out walking him and recommend her to everyone I meet. I drive out of my way to see her.

Laurie and her staff are wonderfull with their clients (our pets). Our two dogs get very excited when they know they are going for their day at the spa (as we call it). We have been going to Essential Groomers since she opened up in Santee, we met Laurie through our vet's office when she worked as a groomer in El Cajon Broadway Animal Hospital. Laurie and staff have a wonderful way with our beloved pets. She even grooms our blind cat and that is a challenge in itself. Laurie is a licensed Master Groomer.
