Esquire used to be a very reliable service, but in recent years the dependability just hasn??t been there. Rumour has it that this is due to a large exodus of quality employees leaving the company. The difference is remarkable. Before, Esquire could be counted on to not only provide a court reporter at any scheduled time, but also to accommodate a client??s last minute needs for a reporter. Now, it seems that even getting the most basic of reporting needs is a crapshoot. Their prices are not competitive enough to make up for such undependableness.
