My bike was running fine down the freeway, then all of a sudden running very rough. Drove it in to them, explained all the symptoms, and paid them for an hour of diagnostics. When I come back, they've made it worse, and it won't even stay running without constant revving so I had to take it home in my truck and fix it myself. Oh, plus they had no idea what was wrong with it still. Turns out they left a vacuum hose off, but the original problem I fixed myself. The only reason I give them two stars- the service guys were actually really friendly and apologetic. Also, I've had them do simple stuff like installing a new chain and sprocket set and had no complaints that time. I think they're fine for simple stuff, but would avoid them for diagnostics.‎

I went into ecc to buy a quick acceleration 520 kit. I asked for a kit with one tooth less in the front and a stock rear sprocket. When I get home i get everything on to find out that one the chain is too short for the kit by 2 or 3 links and the rear sprocket is 2 teeth up from stock. I call service, get lip by one of there female parts employs that sold me the kit. Matt (im pretty sure it was) was very nice and considerate and did his best to help me out. Long story short I get to the parts manager who says they will fix the problem by making me a kit and having it for me as soon as possibly. Turns out it would take till tues. to come in and its fri. I call around and found out that North County House of motorcycles has the kit in stock(the proper one) and its almost the same price. I call ECC back to find out they cant make that kit for me and have to order a new rk set and it would come in thurs. or fri. worst costumer support and help i have ever endured from a shop. I took my cruiser here to get a new back tire installed. Went okay, but when I got it back the rear end started leaking fluid. They say it was not them that caused it, but it didn't leak before. When I took it back they said that it would cost me to get it fixed and that it would take a few days to get it done. I called three days later when they said that it would be done and they told me that it would be done in another few days. I called back on Friday and they still had not looked at it. Said that they would get to it some time the following week. I looked around and found D & D Cycle on Twin Oaks Valley Road. A couple of local guys. I picked up my bike from ECC on Saturday morning and dropped if off at D & D. They had parts ordered that day and where done in few days like they say they would. They get all my business now.‎
