Wow, what a wonderful place! I have never had to use a dog boarding facilty before so I was scared to death! Well, I am scared no more! This place is so clean and the staff is so caring. My dog was a little scared, this being his first time, but the staff went inside his kennel and talked to him and even fed him chicken by hand to get him eating again! Now that's what I call dedication! Thanks everyone at the Erlanger Pet Resort!

This is one great place! Is is so nice to find a facility that truly cares about my pet. With services like Day Care, boarding, grooming and training, why go anywhere else? This is the cleanest facility I have found in the area!

Resort does not take caution in giving owner grooming instructions to the groomer. As result animals are stressed from being given agressive care and need follow action with another vet.
When addressed with resort owner the attitude is 'mistakes happen'.
Also misleading information is provided that the resort is working with their insurance company to compensate for other vet and then owner will not take calls.
