I called Erie to learn about the revolutionary metal roof system. There price was extremely high, but to be expected for the metal roof. However, they called me almost 2 months after their first visit, and said they may have figured wrong and would like to come back. They sent 2 new Salesman. 1 of them were very pushy and would talk down and do anything to make that sale except bring the cost down. Customer Service could be improved greatly. They didn't even inspect the roof they planned to replace. I wouldn't reccomend them.
