I stayed at the hotel which was great albeit expensive. The restaurant was pretty good, but now stellar. From the hotel to restaurant it went downhill fast with the nightclub Envy though and their VIP bottle service. This was a very sub par experience, a real major disappointment. We had a group of 25 for VIP bottle service and I spent a lot of money up there. The entire experience was frustrating. It was hard to get a hold of my host to plan it all and work out the details. There were far too many calls and text messages to get this squared away. When the night started I had guests waiting downstairs for over 20 minutes to come up. I was told bottles would be $400 including tax and gratuity yet every bottle came to $460... Worse, and most frustrating was that I personally poured almost all the drinks, we had to wait on bottles, when we went down to the club we returned to people in our VIP area and the whole experience was very, very frustrating. When I expressed my disappointment to the staff they seemed to be insulted and since it was near the end of the night didn't seem to try to make it right in anyway. I also did not get any receipts although requested. So with this experience I will not be recommending VIP bottle service.
