We will not be back in the future.: I rented a car to be picked up by Enterprise at 10:00 am 6/19/06 due to my vehicle being wrecked. I was adamant that I needed it there by 10:00 am because I had a doctor appointment at 11:40 am. By 10:30 am I still had no vehicle, I called and they said that they would send someone right away. A gentleman arrived at 11:30 am finally. Ergo, I missed a very important medical appointment. Then when we tried to find out if they were open and where to bring the car to, a lady answered the phone and stated she was too busy to talk. She stated she would call me back and I never received a call back. I had to look up the information on the website so I could get the car turned in. Just bad customer service for charging $210 for a little Kia Optima for 1 week!
