What a disaster. I made a reservation and had a confirmation
What a disaster. I made a reservation and had a confirmation number. Enterprise cancelled it without notification. Refused to help or fix their admitted error. I call the 800 number for help, but was passed around from person to person before being transferred to a voicemail box that was full.
