Totally awful, worst agents ever!!! No one seemed happy to have a job. Its a recession, must you let the customers know you hate your place of employment? What do u want us to do about it? We just want to rent a car temporarily. Wow, just, pathetic behavoir. Dry, unfriendly. Go to the Holiday Inn Enterprise or try Hertz!!!

Worst Enterprise to rent from!!! Eric Hollan, who stands approx 6-foot-4, is black with a very dark skin complexion is a rude, condescending, jerk!!! I dropped a car off to him. He was horrible to my husband and I. And I was only dropping off a car, I have never rented from this Enterprise and I never will!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Eric told me he couldn't give me a receipt, told me he was emailing the pickup location and never did, he was nasty and disrespectful and spoke to us without making eye contact. He grunted and was just horrible!

Then I called fo find out about the dropped car, they couldn't find record for a half hour. That is AFTER another really rude male, who's name no one would divulge, hung up on me because I was pissed he couldn't locate the car 3 days later.I finally got a decent person on the phone, but it was FAR too much drama to SIMPLY get things straightened out.

Enterprise-Rent-A-Car specializes is customer service. This location has hoooooooooooorible CS!!! 99 percent of the time I have been elated about my treatment by an Enterprise agent,until I visited this location!!! If you don't want to be annoyed or overcharged, DON'T rent from the Long Beach Airports Enterprise. They are awful awful awful. Shame Shame. Shame on you!!!
