This place is a joke. Nightmare for my poor mother. They where rude, unhelpful, unprofessional, I can go on, trust me. The debited my mother almost $600 w/o permission on a rental that would be paid by State Farm. It was like pulling teeth to get her money back. No apologies or explanations.

This place is a JOKE- go to Hertz.
