great clinic!
English Plaza Animal Medical Center has really made a huge difference for my pet. The doctors were all fantastic. The charges were more than fair compared to any other clinic. They fixed my dogs broken leg and she was home in 2 days and back to normal in no time!
Sometimes the lobby was busy but I expect that in a walk in clinic.

Not That Bad
I don't think of it as that bad like people say. My experience was going into there with my guinea pig, and they gave me medication for it, and my guinea pig is perfectly fine today.

Although I dislike not being able to see the vet and having them take her in alone. They cut her nails for her, too.

I like this vet. So far so good.

not a good vet
I had a 4 year german shephard that started v*miting. I brought to Dr. Prosec. He said it wasn't serious. It got worse and we took him back 3 times in 1 week!! Each time asking for tests to be done. The Dr. insisited it was necessary. He died the day after the 3rd visit.
Stay away!!

I went to this hospital to neuter my 6 months Labrador retriever. You never see the Dr. The waiting room was dirty. Too much waiting time. After 4 days I went back because the incision was looking infected, they told me was a reaction to the sutures. Them I decided to look for second opinion in the Homestead area. The incision was infected. In this hospital they told me English Plaza use a no license Veterinarian from South America to do surgical procedures. I will never come back to this place

read between the lines.
staff not friendly,. you will never feel welcome... long waits, poor billing procedures, dr doesn't return calls, the assistant to dr is gifted with animals and is very considerate...
