Life Changing! Freedom from pain! Understanding my physical body After years of droning pain in my right hip I finally collapsed on the tennis court and couldn't move without major pain killers. I was referred to Johnny Cooke for treatment. Incredible! Thats what I have to say about what I've learned from Johnny. after my first MAT treatment i did not need the pain killers anymore and after the first month of treatment the pain abated 90%. Now two months later we are training and rebuilding muscles and their ranges that I haven't use since i was in my twenties. Physical Education is key and Johnny is a great teacher.
