I hired Encore Piano Moving to move my baby grand piano from Point Loma to Encinitas. I called on a thursday afternoon hoping they could help me out the very next day since the moving company i hired to move my furniture didn't move grand pianos. My call was recieved by Deeaan who has excellent customer service and explained all my questions a great detail. She was able to squeeze my piano move that friday at 5pm. Encore showed up 15 minutes early and knew exactly what they were doing. They had my piano fully padded and secured in thier truck in about 10 minutes! My new Encinitas home has 4 steps to get in the front door and my piano was going another 2 steps down to the living room. I was bit worried since this piano has been in my family for over 30 years! Jeff and Aaron moved my piano carefully with ease. Made it look so easy with a pretty neat piano ramp they used. Nothing damaged, they didn't even brake a sweat! Not only are these guys very strong and professional but they are also really friendly guys with lots of all around piano knowlege. All of this and it didn't cost me a arm and a leg. No suprises on the bill and they even had some extra slightly used caster cups i could have to protect my carpet! WOW I'm so glad i found Encore Piano Moving! I would give them 10 stars if i could, they truly saved my day! Thank you Deeann, Jeff and Aaron, I will use your great service in the future.

Everyone I dealt with at Encore, on the phone and in person, was professional. Their delivery charge was very reasonable. Their estimate of time for delivery was right on, so I did not spend all day waiting for them (as I have previously done for other deliveries). I would highly recommend them.
