My Experience at Embroidme San Ramon
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! NEVER go to this awful place. Horrible customer service, and when they make a mistake- they refuse to admit it. On my product they used a completely different font and color. Then when I told him just to take the stitching out and we will go elsewhere, he complained that he wasnt getting paid. Then he kept saying it would be done, but after 3 times going in there and it not being finished, we took the bags and left. The man running the store was rude, inconsiderate, and does not know how to run a business.
