This hotel is under major renovation, and though the website says minimal disruption, don't believe it. Loud banging noises all day long, water turned off at night, and no heat... all contributed to a nightmare of a stay. We're still negotiating for a full refund. Find somewhere else to stay

The room was great. The staff was great.
HOWEVER, i didn't sleep a wink. The BART train whizzes by right under your window throughout the night, and man is it loud.
You'd think that if the place were somewhat empty ( as it was) they would have given me a room on the other side of the tracks.!!

The room was nice enough that I never really had to leave, but the breakfast was certainly worth getting up for. This is a great place to stay if you're going to be out and about all day. A nice place to start and end your day.

My family stays here everytime we go to visit other family members in this area. The accommodations are nice and spacious and the prices are reasonable. The courtyard is a great place to hang out especially during their free happy hour or for breakfast (they have a huge free selection for breakfast). If you want to go into the city the Bart is in walking distance.
