My husband & I had our Wedding night at this Embassy Suites Hotel. We were treated like royalty, The personnel were very friendly and helpful but not in our face with anything. When we requested a few more towels, not only were they brought up quickly but they had been warmed.
We had a beautiful full conference suite as they knew we were coming there directly from our reception and they stated that there was no extra charge, they wanted us to have room to open our wedding gifts and then not have to sleep amongst the wrapping papers.
The Quality for the money is wonderful & I would recommend this Hotel to anyone (and I do). I look forward to staying with them again each year on our anniversary.

I was overcharged for 2 nights stay during Coachella Valley Music Fest weekend. Their excuse was there was a 3 night minimum stay. That was not what I was told at check-in, and we left and checked into another Hilton property because we were told there was not availability for the entire weekend. The hotel itself and Hilton have not made any attempt to correct this error. I will never stay at another Hilton hotel ever again because of this weekend. Hope it was worth it for them, I am a loyal Marriott customer now.

Nice lodging, clean rooms and free (full kitchen) breakfast. Not bad. And for those traveling with children (and it seems almost everyone at this hotel had kids), it's perfect. Every room is a suite, so kids can sleep while parents watch movies on the large TV.
