Best in Pittsburgh!! by Susan H. at InsiderPages
I love a place where I can go to get it all done at once. I have been to all the spa's in the Pittsburgh area, i have found out they all lack in some area, but not the Neville Spa. The whole staff knows what they are doing and they do it right! No where else can i get a great color and cut. With a facial and massage to die for. Then a mani and pedi in the amazing nail room. I was quite impressed!

Pink for Men who knew? by Steve s. at InsiderPages
My girlfriend drug me to the spa where she gets her hair done so that I could start getting mine cut at a real salon as she put it, instead of my barbers. The whole place is pink & black so I was a little nervous. To my surprise they washed my hair not only once but twice, before & after they cut it. The girl said it was to remove any excess hair left on me. I also had a good smelling hot towel out on my neck when I was in the shampoo chair. Not that I want to admit this but it felt pretty good. I also got to drink their signature martini while getting my hair cut. When it was over the hair cutter told me to feel free to stop back for complimentary neck & side burn trims between my cuts. This was definitely not my barber but was kinda cool. I hate to say but my girlfriend was right it was definitely better than the guy cut I used to do. All the different touches they offered I liked pink or not. Great hair cut & great drink! I would definelt reccommend to other guys. Give the pink place a chance!

Disappointment by K. W. at InsiderPages
While visiting Pittsburgh, my daughter treated me to a pedicure and facial at Neville Spa both of which I was anticipating with relish. There was no one at the desk when I entered so I waited about five minutes during which time I caught the eye of a hair dresser more than once. When another client entered and was also waiting, I finally told the hair dresser it was my first visit there and I wondered if there was a check in system. She called the receptionist from another room who was very apologetic and gracious.

The pedicure was to be a special experience with an added bonus of a hot stone treatment. The pedicure itself was minimal: the cuticles were never touched, no work done to remove rough skin other than a lotion with some pumice, no scrub on the bottom of my feet, no massage on any part of my feet or legs, no under or overcoat of polish. The hot stone treatment was such a disappointment: warm rather than hot stones moved across the feet. and on the legs. And on top of all this, the pedicurist talked to the other employees the entire time so was distracted from what should have been her focus. I am not a novice to salon treatments, especially pedicures, but I would expect to receive better from a trainee.

The facial was very nice and what I would have expected from a salon.

It was very difficult to tell my daughter about the pedicure, but I needed to let her know so she can find another salon for her own personal services.
