The hotel was about a 5 minute walk to the Heavenly gondola, so perfect location to avoid paying to park in the Heavenly parking structure. Plus, there's a coffee shop, liquor store, and 7-11 right across the street. We checked in on New Year's Eve and it felt like checking in to a frat house... It was a pretty rowdy night. But the next two nights were much calmer. The room itself was okay. The carpet was dirty, but the sheets were clean. The bathroom looked like it was about 5 years past needing a major overhaul, but there was hot water through all of our showers. The shower was tiny and the showerhead low...perfect for someone 5 feet tall. It was gritty, but given the price and location, it was perfect. Plus the manager's were nice and helpful. If you're looking for a bargain, this is it.‎
