First of all, I want to warn to purchase any item in this store. For all the years I never experienced something like this. My fiancé ordered a wedding dress which was measured by XX and the result was, that the dress has to be shortened by 4” even with wearing 4” heal shoes. After paying extra for express shipping the result was, that the dress was still 4” to long. The manager Linda was unable to solve the problem and called for the woman, who measured my fiancé just to get yelled and accused by this person! We were accused telling when the dress was shortened, that my fiancé said, she will wear 4” plateau shoes  that would make 8” heal shoes. Not that this is just ridiculous, these people started to twist our words instead to admit their mistake. They even screamed and yelled at us, that this is not their fault. After checking if the dress is available in “petit” (that was actually the dress what was ordered) we found out, that there is no dress like that. What these people did was ...
