I saw Rick Poulsen at Dr. Albert's clinic and he helped me through one of the more difficult times in my life. My lower back was in constant spasm, making standing, walking, sitting and lying down all difficult.

Rick taught me a series of exercises that I still do 3-4 times per week to strengthen my midsection and relax my lower back. That regimen has got me back into the gym and living a much happier life. Highly recommended for back pain, although I'm sure they can help you out with any kind of physiotherapy.

I practice extreme martial arts and have had a replaced ACL. I recently tore cartilage and had serious swelling and pain that through off the alignment of my back. I found Dr. Albert and scheduled an appt.... needless to say he was the most caring professional I have ever met. He wanted to know every detail I've experienced physically and emotionally. He sent me to get an MRI so that HE could get a DETAILED look and see what needs to be done. Staff was cool and calm, it's actually a place i would like to work.

Recently, I visited Elite Orthopedics after having received a referral from a Family Practitioner for my fractured and sprained wrist. Not being a stranger, unfortunately, to physical trauma, I will attest that this clinic's staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. The medical director and attending physician, Dr. Bruce Albert, was fast and efficient - as one would expect with almost any medical doctor - yet he was also thorough and palpably concerned about my well being. One doesn't have to be in the healing professions, such as myself, in order to appreciate this level of care.
