Definitely the best place to train MMA and learn what to do in real street situations.. They don't just teach some 5000 year old techniques that rarely work. They focus heavily on fitness & conditioning as well as military proven hand to hand combat. They have many MMA (mixed martial arts) classes. MMA is proven by the top fighters in the world to be extremely effective. The whole thing is a lot of fun and whips you into shape!‎

After visiting several other martial arts studios in town, I was very pleasantly surprised to find Elite Martial Arts hidden in the upstairs of Naples Progressive Gymnastics. They have probably the best kid's program in town for modern martial arts. They also teach an Israeli Self Defense program called FIGHT as well as a MMA class for adults. If you are tired of hype and pushy hard-sell people trying to sign you up to cover their store-front overhead, check this place out! Talk to them before you sign your name and your $$$ away somewhere else‎
