Are you Crazy

I had my car towed to Elite after a collision and wanted it to go to another body shop and they refused to give me the charges. I went to Elite with a tow truck to take my vehicle where I wanted it to go and they actually called the police on me. EVERYONE in that office is rude and they have some mysterious owner who is never around or takes phone calls. I would never have my car fixed there as my cousin did and it was horrible, paint peeling within 3 months and service engine light on.
