My sister went to this facility on February 13, 2012 with a sinus infection. She was there a total of 20 minutes tops. She was prescribed a z pack. She paid a 75.00 copay at the time of her visit. Her insurance paid a 196.00. She then received two bills totaling 1500.00 from Elite Care. She contacted her insurance company and was told this was legal though definitely excessive. She has called their billing department numerous times, left messages and has had no response. Her next step was going to the Elite Care facility and requesting an itemized copy of the charges. They instructed her to call the billing department. After all this she finally gained a measure of satisfaction when she stopped an elderly couple on their way in and warned them about their fraudulent billing practices. This should be illegal. Unless you have money growing on trees stay away from this place! If I could I would having given this business zero stars. Apparently this is standard billing practices for Elite Care. There are numerous reviews on other sites. If I had read those reviews prior I would never have let my sister go there and saved her a whole lot of heartache and money!
