I ran into a deer about 2 weeks ago- and he was a big one. Unfortunately the deer didn't make it and my car took quite a beating. After the accident, I was very nervous about repairs because 1) the extent of the damage 2) my car is fairly new 3) I didn't know which auto body shop to go to- oone that I could trust to do a great job.

After getting rave reviews by my local auto mechanic (Passport Motors), I decided to take my Honda to Elite Autobody in Chapel Hill and... I'm so glad I did! Not only does my car look PERFECT but the entire staff (and especially owner, Ricky) were courteous, professional, communicative and extremely pleasant to do business with. I really couldn't be more pleased.

Turn around time was fairly quick considering the amount of damage and they worked so well with my car insurance company. I have my car back now and honestly, you would never know it was as mangled as it was. I really lucked out finding them. Let my experience benefit to you!

When my beloved convertible was T-boned last March Elite Autobody saved the day. They worked with the insurance company to complete the repairs which were very extensive. Elite was in touch with me every day to let me know how the repairs were progressing and were always patient with every question I asked. My car came back to me gleaming and smelling new from the free detailing. Elite made my first and hopefully last car repair easy to take.

From the start I was pleasantly surprised to find an automotive shop with such a clean, up to date office and cheerful customer service. Everyone treated me with respect and walked me through the steps of the repair. Beyond that the quality repair my car received was phenomenal. The complimentary car wash was the icing on the cake!!!!!!

the worst!!!!! they went up on their price 2 times and neglected to update us on what was going on with our vehicle. we had to call to find out about anything, and each time found out that they had done another repair that was going to cost even more! I don't recommend this "business" to anyone looking for fair service.
