I have to admit that Richard Elgin is a salesman.I went in his store to buy a 19.95 chain (he had one), and ended up buying $45K worth of stuff WE thought my wife should have.He tried to sell me his car but I really didn't need one. Then he tried to get me to take his wife out for lunch so he wouldn't have to buy it.His service was real good, he had FREE water, and the cookieswere on sale 2 for 1.
