They carry a lot of dress styles and the store owner and the ladies that work there were great.

I just went in to try on some dresses with my Bridesmaids and wanted them to try some on. It just seemed really unprofessional, the staff didn't seem knowledgeable or professional. They were really unorganized and the place stunk like feet. Just from the incompetent staff alone, I walked out with a big smile on my face, knowing that I would NOT be purchasing anything from them! Make sure you pick a place that is professional and knows what they are talking about, what they are working with, and seem to care about you when you walk in the door!

Cheerful staff was ready to help. I was in search for a specific shoe to be dyed and had been given a VERY HARD TIME by several other bridal stores in the area. However, the staff and owner at Elegant Lace was ready to help. The did not carry the shoe I wanted in the store, but prompty pulled out an order book, found my shoe and offered to special order it. But, after browsing the store, I quickly found a different shoe in their display that was even cuter than the one I went there to buy. Then, the woman pulled out every color swatch she had and helped me find the perfect shade of pink. I am so glad I found this place! Now I wish I had gotten my dress there.

I called to make an appointment and since they recommended bringing in pictures you like, I tried to ask which designers were in my price range. I was bumped around 4 different people who were very rude to me and told me numerous times we don't give out prices on our dresses. Well, I wasn't asking for a price on a specific dress, only which of their designers offer dresses under $1600 so I could browse the pictures online and bring some in for my appointment. They were so concerned with not giving me $ information they never even got the appointment, but instead hung up on me after a sarcastic comment on one designer (after 5 min of me explaining, NO, I'm NOT looking for a price on a specific dress.)

I went to Elegant Lace and bought my wedding dress there. Daisy was my consultant and she was excellent. She was very sweet, patient and helpful. I felt no pressure at all. The other people I talked to there were also nice. I liked that I could try on any dress in the store and as many as I wanted. I also got my veil and shoes there.
