El Molinito is mmmmmm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
One of my favorite mexican restaurants! I go almost once a week for either lunch or dinner. Price can't be beat and the food is great! I always judge a mexican restaurant by their beans and salsa... they've mastered both! ...

El Molinito is a great place to go for good mexican food. They have a good varity of mexican food to chose from. They also have a kids menu that has burgers or chicken for them to eat.

Great Eats by Tim C. at InsiderPages
The eastside's best Mexican is a small family run company. You can find great food and drinks here and it's almost always crowded but not packed. I hardly ever experience a wait.

Good food, good prices
Do not expect 5-star amenities. But DO expect good, regional food with friendly service. The other reviewer's word "dive" is a bit strong - but then again most restaurants in Tucson are quite informal. If you need to be surrounded by people in ties, this is not the place for you. If you wear a tie yourself and don't care how others dress... go there! You'll be with folks who enjoy good Tucson Mexican food. (A "dive" is the sister El Molinito on 22nd St. - a slovenly, disorganized place that my wife and I refuse to go to. Crappy, very slow service, with only the flavors to recommend the place.)‎
