I read the reviews and attempted to reserve a space for my first time visit to Sacramento, and this park for a 4 day, 3 nights stay. Aaron took my verbal reservation a few weeks ago and guaranteed there would be plenty of available spaces. I wanted to pay up front so that the guarantee would be more formal. He said it wouldn't be a problem. Now it is.
I just received a phone from him stating that there is no room now because the weekly and monthly requests came in and I'm out; 4 days before we are supposed to arrive! I do appreciate the phone call but not the practice of saying there is room until the bigger money comes and then there isn't any more spots. I was even willing to pay for a full week if needed to reserve the spot for the important weekend.
Now I am scrambling for a place to stay and the family vacation begins with a cloud of uncertainty and ill feelings.
I would recommend avoiding El Camino Money Talks trailer park because of the disappointing business practice I have experienced.

this is a real neat park to be in, and most of the people are very friendly park oriented, who most of all of them work like me, and it is a very quiet place to live and stay close, to everything nearby even the Arden mall. they have wi-fi here, and don't allow troublemakers here in the park if they come in they are told to leave.and as far as that character writing a bad review anonymous
who refused to leave his name, probably because he was kicked out for being a bad guy, but i would reccommend this park for anyone who wants a nice to play.

As a tenant at this Park I can safely say that whoever anonymous is they either haven't lived here or were evicted. This may not be the most beautiful park, but the manager is excellent at maintaining the area and constantly trying to upgrade. This is the only park I know of that is actually installing double drain areas for the convenience of the patrons here. The people here are friendly for the most part and bad apples don't last long! I have and will continue to recommend this park to my friends and people I have met at other parks and have gotten to know. There is no more a constant police presence here than I can jump over the moon, and I resent someone talking about my neighborhood in such a way! I again state that I would recommend this park to anyone, without qualms. Fred R.

I'm a tenant of this park, who has lived here for 2 and 1/2
years. The people who live here pretty much mind their
own business . Most, if not everyone who lives here are
friendly and get along with each other. The owner of the
park works hard to keep the park as good looking as he
can. As far as Drugs, and the Police are concerned,anyone
caught with illegal drugs are evicted immediately , and the
Police only come to this park, once in a great while. Since,
everyone who lives here are all working people, it's usually,
if not always quiet, especially at night, when it's needed.
Finally, this is a safe place to live, and economical too.

This park is a run down drug haven with homeless appearing residents, the utilities are old and unsafe, there's no picnic area, no amenities to offer, and appears to be a concrete highway, with questionable latenight traffic, when we stayed there the police were handling domestic violence calls. and the Wi-Fi offers no usable signal. I would NOT RECOMMEND this Park to anyone.
