Basically the manager/owner was rude and condescending. His customer service was lacking, the service was slow neglectful. One example is that it took over ten minutes after our food was delivered to our table to get a fork, despite asking twice. Te owner/manager knew this and did nothing. i was given a fork after I got up from our patio table and walked into the restaurant. Only then was I given a fork.

I'm sitting on my couch thinking about a burrito, yes a burrito. Freshly home from an excellent dinner experience. The sauce, my lord the sauce. Made fresh daily with fresh ingredients, the sauce takes this already delicious "super deluxe" ...

My wife and I come out from Long beach regularly. We pass a lot of Mexican restaurants to eat here. Everything is good. Rich, go back to Dell Taco.‎

I stopped by the El Burrito Grill for a late lunch/ early dinner in July of 2009. The atmospere is very casual, but neat and clean. I had a chile relleno and a chicken tamal lunch combination. The chile relleno was obviously hand prepared there at the restaurant and VERY tasty indeed. The chicken tamal was also of excellent quality. The food was definitely worth the approx $7 tab. Service was excellent. I have been back since for take-out food. El Burrito Grill is now one of my favorite restaurants in Long Beach!‎
