We used Edward Fox Photography for our daughter's wedding and we are thrilled with our decision. The service leading up to the big day was helpful. The bride and groom were not overly excited about their engagement photo so Fox explained that sometimes a couple's personality has to click with the photographer. They suggested another one of their staff, and a reshoot. The result was terrific. The couple loved the work, and it carried right through the wedding. The photographer (Ben) was everywhere, but never in the way. He offered to take any special requests from guests (even took one for the bandleader) and the work was beautiful. Although the albums have been ordered, we are still having trouble deciding on our second round of favorites from the HUNDREDS of shots. Thanks for beautifully preserving the memories of a great day.

WORST PHOTOGRAPHER EVER. If you'd actually like photos taken at your wedding, a photographer that is sober, good customer service, respect and a positive experience, then Edward Fox Photography is NOT the place for you. They ruined our wedding and the experience surrounding our wedding. The photographer - who was rude and terrible (although per Edward Fox, their very best), got drunk at our wedding - made a fool of himself - and there are no photographs of our family, friends and us as a couple. When we spoke to the management following they treated us terribly, did not provide and assistance, AND THEY DID NOT APOLOGIZE. In all of my life I have never received worse treatment, less respect and such poor service. If I could do it all over again I would have hired anyone else. They ruined the experience and treated us very poorly. Go elsewhere.
