Very poor communication of the diagnostic faults. Misleading quotes for repair nearly double the verbal quote over the phone. Did not meet approved time line, was dropped off on a Tuesday, promised completion no later than Saturday. Vehicle not delivered until the following Tuesday. Waited until Friday to call and ask about a part that there was no fault with and suddenly they had to order it out of state.
