We had used this company before and were going to get a gift for a baby shower when we remembered Edible Arrangements. Along with the beautiful baby gift, we went to the shower with our centerpiece. I was really impressed when I walked into the santa monica store. They were really busy with other customer's but they acknowledge me the minute I walked in the door.

I was asked to have a seat and they brought out a chocolate covered strawberry. (yummyyy) At this point when I noticed their great lounge area and their great reading material, I did not mind waiting 5 or 10 minutes for my order.

Customer service reps were extremely nice and friendly. My arrangement looked just like the brochure and my guest enjoyed the arrangement very much. One of the best fruits I've had. I highly recommend edible arrangements. If you want service go to santa monica.
