The edible arrangements store on West Portal in San Francisco delivered a beautiful fruit arrangement as a condolence gift to my mother-in-law. The arrangement was beautiful and the whole thing was edible, the base was a lettuce head wrapped in kale. Tons of beautiful fruits protruded from the base giving a very impressive presentation. A chocolate pot was included to dip the strawberries in. The recipient, who is 85, commented that it was such an imaginative gift and so much more useful than flowers. My husband and I were so impressed that we ordered the same thing online to be delivered for mother's day. The order was never delivered and I was prepared to do battle about the whole thing. I called the store and "Mike" was very apologetic, saying he had had a massive computer problem since before mother's day.
