Edible Arrangements is great - I just recommend that you use a store other than the one in Encinitas. Their most recent mistake was to charge my credit card more than the amount shown on my internet order receipt. They refunded the difference when I brought it to their attention but were not able to say that it would not happen again in the future. Shouldn`t I be able to trust that I`ll be actually billed as stated on the invoice? This follows an incident where a store pick up order was 30 minutes late, making the arrangement late to a party where it was being presented as a gift. The reason for the delay? The store was training new employees. Again the store offered a discount on a future offer to make up for the error but the damage was already done. The priorities in this store are not in favor of the customer.‎

I used Edible Arrangements for the first time this week and was very impressed with the store at this location on all accounts. The salesperson (Malani) who assisted me with my order was very courteous and helpful in answering all of my questions. I requested a special delivery time and was informed that, although it couldn't be assured, they would give it their best effort. The following day the arrangement arrived within 5 minutes of the time I'd requested...thanks much! My girlfriend was very pleased with the presentation of the piece and thought the fruit was delicious. I definitely recommend this location to anyone considering making an order.‎
