We are visiting from out of town, and my dad got a bad abcess (lots of swelling and pain). All the dentists were pretty much closed for the holidays, but I was able to reach Dr. Edgerton through his answering service, and he was so kind! He was able to tell us what we needed to do over the phone, and even offered to see him if things didn't get better (they did). He even had his nurse call and check that things were going ok. Dr. Edgerton's generosity was a super Christmas gift for us!‎

I went to Edgerton for an emergency root canal. When I went to pay the receptionist, she didn't even know what tooth had been done, she was trying to charge me for two teeth. As a lengthy discussion she went to ask Edgerton. I set up payments for the rest of the amount and 2 weeks later I get a letter saying that my account had been sent to collections. My payment was not due yet. There was no phone call, letter or communication indicating that they were going to send this to collections. When I called the office to find out about my account. The receptionist was very rude and hung up on me. She said she was not allowed to give out the account manager's (who sent my account to collections) name or number. The staff is rude. The dentist is pricey and the work wasn't that good. I would recommend you go elsewhere, NOT to Edgerton.‎
