I went to Edgerton for an emergency root canal. When I went to pay the receptionist, she didn't even know what tooth had been done, she was trying to charge me for two teeth. As a lengthy discussion she went to ask Edgerton. I set up payments for the rest of the amount and 2 weeks later I get a letter saying that my account had been sent to collections. My payment was not due yet. There was no phone call, letter or communication indicating that they were going to send this to collections. When I called the office to find out about my account. The receptionist was very rude and hung up on me. She said she was not allowed to give out the account manager's (who sent my account to collections) name or number. The staff is rude. The dentist is pricey and the work wasn't that good. I would recommend you go elsewhere, NOT to Edgerton.
