Completely Clueless Contracting

When he came out to look at our shower, which we needed regrouted, Ed certainly talked a good game. However, the men who actually did the work didn't lay the tiles uniformly and grouted our white shower a dark gray. They tried to seal using spray-on sealant, which of course didn't work. We had to buy our OWN grout and our OWN sealant for Ed to use when he tried to fix the problem. Only he didn't fix the whole problem - just the floor. We're out 800.00 bucks and have a horrendous looking shower which we'll have to pay AGAIN to have regrouted before we sell our home unless Ed fixes the problem - which, as of now, he's refused to do.

If you have tile work to do in your home, especially in your shower, I would not use them.
