I recently purchased 2 gifts for important clients that were to arrive prior to Christmas on the 23rd. I received a call AFTER the 25th when Christmas was over to let me know that the packages were never sent out because they had closed for the holidays (I placed the order 2 weeks prior to Christmas). This has turned out to be a very embarrassing situation and needless to say, I will not be purchasing any gifts from them again. If you are looking for something to be sent out in a timely and professional manner, I suggest that you look elsewhere.
