One star because it's the best computer store in town. Of course, that's not saying much. They're only concerned with how to make the most money in the least time; that usually means taking you for a ride with their grossly overpriced components. Last check 1GB of DDR2 goes for $10 online, but will cost $45 from Eclipse. I'm an experienced IT professional and now do all of my families IT work because I was tired of seeing them get swindled.
