TERRIBLE SERVICE‎
Purchased our machine thru EBS over 2 years ago and maintained a service agreement with them. For first year the service was great and issues were minimal. After second year service really dropped off and sometimes spent weeks waiting for service or parts and continued to get the run around by staff. It's a shame the the service dropped off.‎
